Do you know how to cook lean mayonnaise? — Oh, well. In fact, it is not so difficult as it may seem at the first sight!
If you want to eat properly and consume only tasty things at the same time, then you have to prepare this kind of mayonnaise.
As a rule eating mayonnaise diversifies your dishes, because you can add it anywhere! You will be surprised, but it is prepared from pea flakes. It sounds really terrific, doesn’t it? Another advantage is that it turns out to be amazingly delicious!
What products to take
- 6 tsp. — mustard;
- 2 tbsp. — pea flakes;
- 3 tbsp — vinegar;
- 1 tbsp. — sugar;
- 250 ml — vegetable refined oil;
- 1 tsp. — ground black pepper;
- 1,5 tsp. — salt.
Begin to cook
- Fill flakes with water and cook until they completely dissolve (you can replace flakes with chopped peas and cook mashed content from them)/ Pea flour is also suitable for cooking in this case.
- Then grind the components to complete homogeneity. You can do it with a blender, if you have one at home.
- The mass should resemble a liquid jelly, so in some cases you can pour a little water if it is necessary.
- Cool your future dish completely.
- We pour vegetable oil into the container, put a little pea mass inside and whisk with the help of a mixer.
- After the mass begins to lighten, add all the other listed ingredients.
- In the end, whisk everything for about 2 minutes.
