We present to your attention the recipe for an excellent healthy snack. This cold beef according to this recipe is great for salads, and for sandwiches, and with some sauces is good enough as an independent dish. Be sure to try it and you will be amazed.
List of ingredients:
• 1.8 kg of beef
• 20 gr of butter
• 9 teaspoons of salt
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper
1. Put oven on heating for a maximum.
2. Meat should be at room temperature. Take it and lubricate it with butter.
3. After that, rub salt and pepper from all sides.
4. If in your piece of meat there is a side covered with fat, then during baking it should be on top.
5. Put meat to bake at the moment when the oven has reached the maximum temperature. Put it on the middle level. It is advisable to place in the trays, so that the juice does not spread, but collects. At maximum heat we keep the meat with the calculation: 5 minutes per 500 gr of meat. But not less than 10 minutes.
6. After the necessary time, we reduce the temperature to 100 degrees and continue the process for half an hour for every 500 gr. For our piece, we get 20 minutes at the maximum and 2 hours at a decrease. After that, do not open the oven and let the meat cool completely.
7. Then wrap in polyethylene and put in the refrigerator until the moment when the piece does not harden to the density that it will be convenient to cut it. At best, let it lie down for a whole night.
