Home-made toasts with garlic and crab sticks are the best option for a quick snack. And the second option: with a boiled egg and melted cheese is the favorite for children. Prepare such snacks to school and kids will be satisfied.

List of ingredients:

• one baguette;
• 1-2 cloves of garlic;
• vegetable refined oil for frying.

For the first spread
• 2 boiled chicken eggs;
• 200 grams of crab sticks;
• 100 grams of mayonnaise;
• salt and black ground pepper — to taste.

For the second spread
• 2 boiled chicken eggs;
• 2 processed cheese cakes (160 grams);
• 100 grams of mayonnaise;
• greenery;
• salt and black ground pepper — to taste.

For decoration
• fresh cucumber;
• any greenery.

Cooking process

1. Cut one fresh baguette into slices of 8-10 mm.
2. With crab sticks remove the film and rub on a large grater. Divide them into two parts and lay them out in different bowls. One part will be used for putty, and the second is for decoration.
3. Rub hard-boiled chicken eggs on a large grater.
4. In a deep bowl, shredded crab sticks and eggs, salt and pepper to taste, add mayonnaise.
5. Stir and the first glue is ready.
6. Prepare the second glue. Separate proteins from yolks with hard-boiled eggs.
7. Squirrels rub on a large grater. Yolks — in shallow (we need them for decoration).
8. Two fused cheeses are rubbed on a large grater. To make this easier, keep them for about ten minutes in the freezer.
9. A small bundle of green dill finely chopped with a knife. Greens can be used any, to your taste.
10. In a deep bowl, combine the greens of dill, melted cheese and squirrels. Add salt and pepper to taste, fill with mayonnaise.
11. For decoration, cut the fresh cucumber with a vegetable cutter into thin slices.
12. In the frying pan pour the vegetable oil, warm it well and spread the bread.
13. Fry pieces of the bread on both sides until golden brown. We put it on a plate covered with a paper towel.
14. Then rub each piece on both sides with a clove of garlic.
15. Half the croissants spread the crab stuffing, sprinkle the remaining crab sticks and twigs of green curly parsley.
16. The second half of the croutons is greased with stuffing from melted cheese, sprinkle with grated chicken yolks, decorate with cucumber slices.
17. This dish not only diversifies the everyday menu, but also becomes a real decoration of the festive table.
