What products to take
- 6 tbsp. olive oil;
- 6 large potatoes;
- a bunch of rosemary;
- 2 onions;
- 6 eggs;
- to taste — sea salt;
- nutmeg;
- ground pepper.
Begin to cook
- Onion is cut into thin semi rings.
- After that it is necessary to chop thinly the peeled potatoes.
- Then potatoes are carefully washed in running water in order to remove the starch. After that we should dry them with napkins.
- In the pan, we heat the oil, fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
- We spread the prepared potato and mix everything carefully.
- Fry for about 15 minutes in order to make the potatoes ready.
- We whisk the eggs and add finely chopped rosemary.
- Season with salt, nutmeg, pepper and mix everything well.
- Cover the pan with a frying pan.
- Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Then gently turn the tortilla on a round plate.
- Return the future yummy thing into the pan and fry the other side for 3 minutes.
