The potato with the filling turns out to be delicious and beautiful at the same time! This is a wonderful dish, which seems to be suitable both for the festive and everyday tables.
What products to take
- 2 eggs;
- 6-8 large potatoes;
- 2 tbsp. — flour;
- 2 onions;
- 70 g — hard cheese;
- 150 grams of ham;
- 2 tbsp. — butter;
- to taste — fresh parsley;
- green onion;
- for roasting — vegetable refined oil.
Begin to cook
- Boil the washed potatoes together with the jackets.
- Chop onion and parsley finely.
- Onions and ham should be cut into medium cubes, mixed and fried in warmed butter.
- Mix with chopped herbs and greenery.
- Add grated cheese, season with pepper and salt.
- The cooled potatoes are peeled and cut into halves.
- Carefully take out the pulp, creating the holes, reminding the cups.
- The pulp is crushed and added to the filling.
- With the help of the stuffing we should fill the potato «cups».
