Shrimps Bo-Bo

Everybody knows that seafood is considered to be rather healthy for our body. They help us to make the organism stronger and more protected before the surprises of environment.

In accordance with specialists’ points of view, they are full of vitamins and micro elements.

List of required products:

  • tiger shrimps — 120 g;
  • Bulgarian paprika — 65 g;
  • onion — 60 g;
  • garlic — 25 g;
  • thyme — 2 g;
  • tomatoes — 40 g;
  • cassava — 50 g;
  • olive oil — 20 g;
  • white wine — 10 g;
  • red chili pepper — 10 g;
  • coriander — 5 g;
  • Japanese Vinegar Mitsukan — 15 ml;
  • coconut — 100 ml;
  • fish broth — 300 ml.

Begin to cook

  1. First of all let’s prepare the base sauce. In order to achieve good results in olive oil, we should fry the vegetables, add wine and allow it to evaporate. Then add cassava, fish broth, coconut milk and cook for 40-50 minutes until cassava is ready. Then we process everything with the blender to a homogeneous mass.
  2. Separately, cut 20 g of Bulgarian paprika and 10 g of onions and fry in olive oil together with shrimps and thyme. Add wine and evaporate it.
  3. Add the shrimps with vegetables in the prepared base sauce, hold on a small fire for 1-2 minutes.
  4. For serving put your dish on a plate and decorate with fresh thyme, chili pepper, cilantro and garlic chips.
