It turns out unusually tasty and satisfying. And if you serve egg pancakes with a fragrant sauce, then the pleasure from eating will only increase. Very tasty and useful, you can prepare it in just a couple of minutes.
List of ingredients:
• 2 fresh chicken eggs;
• 2 tablespoons of flour;
• 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
• 80 grams of hard cheese;
• a third of a teaspoon of salt.
1. In the bowl, drive two chicken eggs, add two tablespoons of wheat flour and whisk well. The mass should be homogeneous, without lumps.
2. In the egg mixture, add four tablespoons of sour cream, salt and mix.
3. A piece of hard cheese (50-80 grams) rubbed on a large grater.
4. Put the frying pan on the fire, reheat and grease with vegetable oil.
5. Pour the egg pastry into a frying pan, form a pancake from it, immediately cover the frying pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes. Then turn the pancake and immediately sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid, fry until done.
6. Remove the pancake from the pan and immediately divide into four parts: it is better to use a roller knife for pizza.
7. Fold in the tubes and serve on the table.
8. These cheese pancakes are perfectly combined with a universal dressing for salads. The sauce is very tasty and almost does not differ from mayonnaise.
9. Boil two eggs in advance, separate the yolks (we do not need proteins). Transfer the yolks into a bowl and knead it with a fork.
10. In a bowl of yolks, add a third of a teaspoon of salt, black pepper (to taste), one teaspoon of mustard (without top), one tablespoon of lemon juice. We carefully rub it with a fork so that there are no lumps.
11. Put 200 grams of sour cream in the bowl with yolks, 20% fat, stir — and the sauce is ready.
