Unforgettable spring rolls

Today we are going to introduce you something special. These rolls are appreciated all around the planet. They are considered to be spring ones, but you can prepare them for every season you like. Are you ready for something really new on your dinner table? Catch the recipe then!

List of required products

  • vegetable oil for deep-frying — 4 tbsp. l.;

For pancakes:

  • corn oil;
  • egg — 2 items;
  • flour — 4 tbsp.;
  • starch — 2 tbsp.

For stuffing:

  • garlic — 1 clove;
  • salt — to taste;
  • corn oil — 2 tbsp. l.;
  • soy sauce — 3 tbsp. l.;
  • stem of leeks, white part — 1 item;
  • egg (yolk) — 1 item;
  • dried white mushrooms — 5 items;
  • bean sprouts — 100 g;
  • starch — 1 tsp.;
  • large carrot — 1 item;
  • fillet of pork — 250 g;
  • Chinese cabbage — 100 g.

Begin to cook

  1. Take the sifted with starch and salt flour, add eggs and 1 cup of water. Knead the dough. Leave it to stand for 30 minutes. In a frying pan heat up a little oil, pour out 1 stall of dough, distribute it round the entire surface of the frying pan. Bake for 1 minute. Turn the pancake to the other side and cook for another 30 seconds. In the same way you should bake all the pancakes.
  2. Soak the mushrooms for 30 minutes in warm boiled water. Throw them in a colander and cut into small pieces. Grind the meat with a knife. Cut cabbage with thin straws. Initially carrots and garlic are peeled. After that carrots have to be cut into strips. And don’t forget to chop the garlic. Onions are cleaned, washed and cut into thin rings.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic for about 1 minute. Add meat, cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Put the mushrooms, cabbage, carrots, leeks and fry for 3 minutes more. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Starch has to be diluted in a small amount of water and poured into a frying pan. Stir, add bean sprouts and warm for 2 minutes.
  4. At one edge of each pancake put 2 tbsp. of fillings. Cover other edges with yolk.
  5. Stick the side edges and roll the pancake. In the same way prepare all the pancakes.
  6. In a deep frying pan heat the butter and fry the rolls until they get golden brown hint. For 2 minutes. From each side. Serve them hot.
