Cheese soup with dried crusts and ham

This is a delicious soup. Why are we so sure about it? — The answer is quite simple and predictable in fact. — The matter is that the soup turns out to be flavored, hearty, substantial, nutritious and easy in cooking as well! Moreover, it will be appreciated by to all family members. And the products for its cooking are available in every kitchen.

Prepare a cheese soup with dried crusts and ham and enjoy its delicious taste!

What products to take

  • 3 slices of white bread;
  • 2 liter of water;
  • 80 g of butter;
  • 150 grams of ham;
  • 3 items of processed cheese;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 tbsp. — small macaroni;
  • 100 ml — low-fat cream;
  • to taste — ground pepper;
  • fresh greens;
  • bay leaves;
  • salt.

Begin to cook

  1. We cut finely the peeled vegetables: onions, potatoes and carrots.
  2. We put into the boiling water the cubes of potatoes, add salt and bay leaves to taste.
  3. Take the frying pan and warm the butter in it. Put the onions with carrots there, fry until they become soft.
  4. We pour inside the cream, mix everything carefully, and stew for one minute.
  5. We rub the processed cheese on the grater, pour inside a little hot broth, stir until the cheese melts.
  6. We put fried vegetables into potatoes, add some pasta and ham, which has to be cut into strips or cubes.
  7. Cook everything for 40-50 minutes.
  8. We pour cheese mass inside, season with pepper and boil for 5 minutes.
  9. Bread has to be cut into small cubes and dried on the frying pan.
  10. When serving, put the dried crusts into the soup together with fresh herbs.
