We present to your attention the recipe of traditional Caucasian soup. It turns out rich and with a pleasant sourness of tomatoes. There is a fairly large number of recipes for this famous soup, but in each of them must necessarily be chick peas. Make sure to try to prepare this dish, you will be satisfied.

- 200 grams of beef (pulp)
- 200 grams of beef (ribs)
- 250 grams of tomatoes
- 1-2 onions
- 100 chickpeas (turkey peas)
- 7-8 potatoes
- 20 gr of butter
- 2 liters of water
- 1 teaspoon curry
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for filing
- First, fill the chickpeas with cold water and leave for 8 hours. And it is better for the night.
- Wash the meat well and clean it of all excess. Then cut into pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Then send them to a heated frying pan with butter and fry it to a ruddy color.
- Cut tomato into slices and, using a blender, grind them in puree and place there onions. Add the meat and fry for 5-7 minutes.
- After the required time, drain the chickpea with water and rinse it under running water. Then send it to the pan.
- Then pour water, salt, pepper, add curry and cook until cooked beef and chickpeas.
- Clean and cut the potatoes. We send it to the pan.
- When the potatoes are cooked, remove the soup from the fire and leave for a quarter of an hour. After this time, serve, decorating with greens.
