If you watch and mind your figure, then you just have to cook this soup! It’s incredibly tasty, useful, but what is more most importantly this dish is considered to be dietary!
Dietary vegetable soup is a food that brings pleasure and allows you to always stay in shape!
What products to take
- 2 liters of chicken broth;
- 1-2 items of onion;
- 400 ml of tomatoes in their own juice;
- 1-2 carrots;
- 200 g of string beans;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 item — zucchini;
- 300 g of champignons;
- 400 g white cabbage;
- 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- to taste — pepper;
- Italian herbs;
Begin to cook
- We cut mushrooms and carrots into slices.
- Garlic is finely chopped, onions are cut into half rings or rings.
- In a saucepan heat some butter and 50 ml. broth.
- Put there the prepared vegetables and mushrooms.
- We stew everything on a moderate fire for about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the small zucchini, which has been cut into small cubes, chopped cabbage and string beans.
- We pour broth, cover with a lid and stew on low heat for 1.5 hours.
- Add the tomatoes, cook for another 20-30 minutes, at the end season with Italian herbs, pepper and salt.
- Let’s leave the soup for 3-4 hours.
The taste of such a vegetable soup is awesome. If you do not like the bean, you shouldn’t add it, of course. It is possible to eat tasty even being on a diet.
