Healthy celery soup

We present to your attention a recipe of delicious chicken soup with celery. It is prepared very simply, it has useful vitamins and microelements. Moreover, it restores vitality. This soup turns out very delicate, fragrant and actually tasty. You will like even those who do not like celery. And to understand this, you must definitely try it.

List of ingredients:

• Chicken fillet — 300 gr
• Bulb — 1 piece
• Celery with root, herbs and stalk — 1 pc.
• Carrots — 2 pieces
• Root of parsley — 1 piece
• Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc
• Noodles — 3-4 tablespoons
• Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons
• Tomato sauce — 4 tablespoons
• Salt and spices to taste
• Lemon juice
• Greenery

Cooking process

1. First, we wash and clean carrots, onions, peppers, celery root and parsley. After that, cut it all in slices.
2. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and send the prepared ingredients to it. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of water and simmer under a closed lid until soft.
3. Cut the meat into small pieces and send it to the same pan along with the tomato sauce. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
4. Then pour 1 liter of hot water, salt, add noodles and cook for a quarter of an hour. At the end of cooking, add greens, pre-chopped, including stalks of celery. Add spices to taste.
5. Ready soup served hot, add lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
