List of ingredients:
- carrots — 0.3 kg
- onions — 1 piece
- garlic — 3 cloves
- orange lentils — 100 gr
- water — 1,2 l
- nutmeg — pinch
- dried thyme — 1 tsp
- basil sliced - 1 tsp
- salt, pepper to taste
Cooking process
- Peel and ring carrots. Peel garlic and onions and cut into 4 parts.
- Pour water into the pan and add the carrots. Cook for 15 minutes until they are very soft.
- Add lentils, spices, salt, onions and garlic. Cook until the lentils are ready.
- Blend the soup. Pour into a saucepan, heat it and serve it to the table, adding 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
