List of ingredients:

• pumpkin — 0,8 kg
• olive oil — 2 tbsp
• onions — 1 pc
• chicken broth — 0,8 l
• fatty cream — 100 ml
• ginger, nutmeg — for ½ tsp
• cinnamon, pepper — ¼ tsp
• salt pinch

Cooking process

1. Pumpkin is cleaned and cut into pieces. Lay out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake until soft in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
2. During this time peel the onions and fry until golden in olive oil.
