Quick solyanka with smoked meat

Solyanka is an interesting and simple dish. It is always thick with a small amount of liquid. The most delicious solyanka comes from a large number of very different meats and sausages. But buying everything in pieces is expensive and troublesome. Therefore, we recommend that you collect a little bit of the remnants of sausage, meat or sausages in the freezer, then use it when cooking the soup. We will introduce you to the fastest recipe. Having learned how to make a solyanka according to our recipe, you can cook it with any meat and, perhaps, come up with your recipe.

List of ingredients:

• smoked breast — 0,2 kg
• smoked sausage — 0.2 kg
• carrots — 1 pc
• onions — 1 pc
• potatoes — 0,2 kg
• pickled cucumbers — 0,2 kg
• vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
• tomato paste — 2 tbsp
• salt to taste
• sugar — 1 tsp
• bay leaf — 1 pc.
• black olives — 1 jar
• lemon, sour cream to taste

Cooking process

1. Peel potatoes and onions, cut into cubes, put in a saucepan and fill it with water. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. During this time crush chicken breast and sausage. Cut cucumbers into cubes. Peel and grate carrots.
3. Take a frying pan, pour oil into it. Spread the carrots and stew for 3 minutes, then add the sliced meat. Fry the mixture for 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and a little water. Pour salt, sugar, pepper and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add the pickled cucumbers, stew for 3 more minutes and turn off.
4. In the finished potatoes lay out the resulting roast, put the laurel leaves and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
5. In the ready solyanka pour olives along with the brine, mix and serve.
