Soup with noodles and vegetables in Asian style

A great variety of vegetables can be easily added to the broth, prepared especially for this soup. And we are almost sure that all the surrounding (no matter children or adults) will appreciate it for sure.

List of required products:

  • rests of the prepared meat (pork, beef or chicken) — 300 g
  • ginger — 1 piece;
  • chili (optional) — 1 item;
  • garlic — 4 cloves;
  • sesame oil — 2 tbsp.;
  • anise tree — 1 star;
  • broth (meat or chicken) 1-1,5 l;
  • sauce for barbecue — 2 tbsp.;
  • broccoli — 200 g;
  • peas — 100 g;
  • soy sauce — 2 tbsp;
  • egg noodles (or other) — 300 g.

Begin to cook

  1. Ginger is grated on a fine grater.Put a saucepan with a thick bottom on a medium fire, splash there some sesame oil. Put the ginger and crush the garlic. Cooking this dish stirring constantly. Add the anise tree stars, pour everything with the hot broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the meat and fry in a frying pan with barbecue sauce. Noodles are boiled according to the instructions and thrown into a colander.
  3. Broccoli are cut into inflorescences, add to the pan.In 5 minutes put the peas. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour the soy sauce.
  4. Collect everything in a bowl: noodles, broth and pieces of meat.You can add slices of lime. Enjoy!
