Soup with vermicelli and shrimps

This soup prepared with vermicelli and shrimps is considered to be rather convenient type of dish. Do you know why? — We are going to explain this for you. You see there is a whole list of various advantages.

List of required products:

  • chicken broth — 600 ml;
  • coconut milk — 200 ml;
  • chili pepper crushed — 1 item;
  • ginger root — 2 cm;
  • lime juice — 2 tbsp.;
  • garlic — 1 clove;
  • shrimp fresh — 250 g;
  • vegetable oil — 2 tbsp;
  • curry powder — 0.5 tsp;
  • egg vermicelli — 160 g;
  • ground coriander — pinch;
  • macadamia nuts — handfuls;
  • lime peel — 1 item;
  • sugar — pinch.

Begin to cook

  1. Into the broth pour the coconut milk, bring to a boiling condition. Cook the shrimps in this mixture. 2 minutes will be quite enough.Drain the liquid and shell the shrimps.
  2. Put into the kitchen processor the necessary amount of nuts, garlic, chili, ginger, curry, zest and lime juice. Cut to homogeneity.Vermicelli cook according to the instructions on the package, rinse, discarded in a colander, dried.
  3. Pour into the wok oil and fry in it, stirring, some nut sauce for 2 minutes.Pour inside the shrimp broth. Bring to a boiling condition. Cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimps, coriander and sugar. Bring to a boiling condition once again.
  4. Vermicelli is arranged on deep plates and poured with boiling broth and shrimps.
