Summer is time for light vegetable soups as your body requires something fresh and low-calorie. That is why we present the recipe of a delicious low fat soup where seasonal vegetables are the main component.
List of ingredients:
- potatoes — 1 pc
- zucchini — 1
- sweet pepper — 1
- tomatoes — 2
- salt, pepper to taste
- greens — 1
- oil for roasting
- water (broth) — 1 l
Cooking process
- Wash and dice all vegetables.
- Grind the greens. Fry the pepper and zucchini in the pan during 5 minutes, add the tomatoes. Stew until cooked.
- Grate the carrots and put them together with the potatoes into a pot with water (broth). Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and stewed vegetables. Boil for another 5 minutes, add greens.
